Job summary

Ewaa Hotels in Riyadh seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead the F&B team, manage costs, and coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, and Banquets to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of F&B management experience in a hotel environment, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of hygiene and quality standards. This full-time role is based onsite in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Hotel experience is required.
