Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking a Floor Plan Designer to craft detailed exhibition layouts for major Saudi events. You will design booth configurations, optimize space, and ensure compliance with venue rules while coordinating with sales and operations teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and EXPOCAD is required, with experience in SketchUp/Illustrator a plus. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple plans under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floor plan design for exhibitions/events.
• Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or 2–4 years equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with large-scale floor plan design, booth layouts and space optimization.
• Experience with EXPOCAD (or similar) for layout automation and booth/space management.
• Technical understanding of venues in the GCC (UAE/Saudi) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator or 3D rendering tools is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of scale, measurements and spatial relations; portfolio of floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed exhibition floor plans using AutoCAD for large-scale events.
• Produce layouts that maximize sellable space and optimize visitor flow.
• Interface with Sales Operations and Project Management to update plans as requirements change.
• Prepare technical drawings, floor area calculations, and documentation for venue authorities.
• Maintain version control and organize digital floor plan files for cross-team use.
• Collaborate with Marketing for plan presentations and collateral.
