Job summary

Client of Ethra Hr seeks an Executive Operations Director to support the CEO, coordinating shared services across IT, Finance, Legal and more. You will monitor outsourced providers, manage contract performance, and drive operational efficiency with AI-enabled processes.

Your role includes preparing briefings, maintaining a confidential decision log, drafting CEO communications, and ensuring timely execution of governance and Board-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or relevant master's preferred.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise briefings with facts, options, risks and CEO decisions.
• Maintain confidential decision log and confirm decisions before communication.
• Draft CEO correspondence, talking points, and internal announcements for CEO approval.
• Coordinate with finance, IT, security, compliance and other leaders and manage cross-functional inputs.
• Follow up on management decisions until closure and track deadlines and actions.
• Manage provider calendar, deliverables, and contract milestones for CEO visibility.
• Coordinate Board-cycle logistics and governance papers.
• Support Board Secretary responsibilities.
• Oversee CEO-sponsored projects, partnerships and product initiatives; identify bottlenecks.
• Improve management information and support automation with AI workflows and controls.
