Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in operational leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing multi-divisional or multi-site operations.
• Experience owning or contributing to CAPEX planning and asset investment decisions.
• Demonstrable track record improving fleet reliability and asset utilisation.
• Commercially astute with understanding of P&L, budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for operational performance across all divisions; set KPIs and targets.
• Lead and develop divisional & functional heads across rental, events, logistics, and support functions.
• Design and improve processes, systems and controls to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee CAPEX planning, asset investments, and fleet lifecycle management.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost savings and efficiency gains without compromising service quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners; escalate issues to the MD as needed.
• Provide regular operational reporting highlighting performance risks, opportunities and recommendations.
