Tanmiah | تنمية is seeking a seasoned governance and compliance leader to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous strengthening of our governance and compliance frameworks in line with Saudi regulations and international best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Governance, Law, or a related or equivalent major.
Demonstrated leadership experience in governance & compliance roles.
Proficiency in communicating in Arabic and English, with strong report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks to ensure Tanmiah’s full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee the preparation and periodic review of corporate policies, procedures, and delegation of authority to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational integrity.
Drive a culture of compliance across all departments through awareness sessions, monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and assess legislation, identify compliance risks, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Supervise the preparation of governance and compliance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
