Job summary

Our Client in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Director to lead the group’s legal, compliance and governance functions. You will oversee contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation strategy, and advise executive leadership on legal exposure and strategic decisions.

You will also manage external counsel and internal legal teams, support board governance, and drive risk mitigation across the diversified group in Saudi Arabia. Arabic fluency and senior board-level experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in large organisations or groups.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Board-level advisory experience is advantageous.
