Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group seeks a senior Quality and Risk Management leader to oversee organization-wide quality and risk programs. The role ensures full regulatory and accreditation compliance and champions patient safety across the facility.

The candidate will drive performance improvement, data governance, and policy development, coordinating cross-functional teams and training to sustain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation of KPI trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in quality and risk management programs.
• Knowledge of local and international healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of organization-wide QRM programs.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for the hospital facility.
• Lead quality and patient safety initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Develop and revise hospital policies to reflect current regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate training and education on quality improvement methodologies.
