OmanYP seeks an Executive Director - Land Management to lead a land development portfolio in Riyadh. You will shape long-term land use strategies, identify and acquire parcels, and manage regulatory compliance and due diligence.

Formación

Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities in the property industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of land acquisition laws and regulations in Riyadh.
Experience in managing budgets and delivering financial outcomes.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to development and refinement of Vision, Mission and Strategy of the company.
Develop Land Management Department strategic plan aligned with company strategy.
Set department performance objectives and monitor progress.
Advise the CEO on issues impacting the company; lead strategic planning and land acquisition.
Formulate long-term land use strategies and identify/acquire land parcels.
Oversee regulatory compliance, permitting, and due diligence activities.
