Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Director - Event Mobility Planning to establish and lead the integrated mobility planning capability for major events, festivals, sports and entertainment activations across the city.

The role ensures safe, efficient movement of guests, athletes, VIPs, workforce and vehicles, develops city-wide standards, forecasts demand and creates transport plans for the 2028 program while coordinating with venues, operators and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in mobility operations for major events is essential.
• Experience developing transport demand forecasts, event mobility plans and traffic management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobility strategy, governance framework and planning calendar for major events.
• Develop integrated Event Mobility Plans across the full event lifecycle, from concept to post-event review.
• Plan and optimise traffic management, parking, and public transport integration for large-scale events.
• Coordinate with transport authorities, venues, security, and government stakeholders.
• Provide executive decision support, risk assessments and budget oversight.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary mobility team and manage consultants and partners.
