• Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure programs.

• Experience with governance, assurance, and stage-gate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy for roads, tunnels and car park assets.
• Lead asset lifecycle planning, maintenance, renewal, and optimization.
• Oversee Stage Gate Assurance reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive performance monitoring with asset condition and lifecycle cost KPIs.
