AshleyFrazerExec seeks a visionary Community Engagement & Talent Development Executive Director to lead sports development, community engagement and youth empowerment in a culturally significant region of Saudi Arabia. You will design and implement strategies that inspire participation, nurture talent, and drive sustainable growth in regional sports initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years in sports development or community engagement with 7+ years in leadership.
Proven track record designing and implementing community sports programs.
Strong understanding of Saudi cultural landscape and diverse communities.
Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sports engagement strategy to increase participation.
Lead talent development programs identifying and supporting athletes.
Collaborate with schools, clubs, and organizations to promote youth sports.
Foster private/public partnerships to enhance resources and impact.
Oversee events, workshops, and training promoting inclusivity and healthy living.
Implement frameworks to measure program impact and drive improvement.
