Job summary

Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sports Manager to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will steer the Sports Academies division, own the end-to-end operation and set strategic direction for all sports activities, junior academies, and holiday camps.

You will lead partnerships with third-party operators, standardise coaching, calendar planning, safeguarding, and build a multi-sport operations team. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years' experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities.
• Proven experience running children's programmes, holiday camps, or junior academies at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with genuine P&L ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the Sports Academies division and P&L.
• Lead and manage third-party sports operator partnerships and SLAs.
• Standardise coaching curriculum, programming quality, and safety protocols across all sports.
• Design and oversee the annual programming calendar, including junior academies and holiday camps.
• Embed child safeguarding compliance and age-appropriate training models across junior programmes.
• Recruit, onboarding, and lead a multi-sport academy operations team.
