MRG Global is seeking a senior finance and commercial leader to take responsibility for a broad business control function within a large real estate and destination environment. The role combines operational finance, commercial management, governance, procurement, contracts, risk and business performance.

The Executive Director will act as the principal link between the operating business and central corporate functions, ensuring that commercial decisions, operating models and day‑to‑day

Qualifications

• 15 years’ leadership experience in finance or business control.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control across a complex operating environment.
• Oversee invoicing, intercompany charging and cost recovery.
• Drive cost efficiency and commercial performance with business leaders.
• Review contracts and supplier arrangements to ensure commercial effectiveness.
• Lead procurement and contract management activity including sourcing and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls, delegated authorities and management forums.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, audit and business continuity requirements.
• Work with central Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Improve processes and controls as the organisation scales.
• Lead and develop a finance, commercial and governance team.
