Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Riyadh seeks a Director of Architecture and Design to lead operations of a growing architecture and design consultancy. You will oversee design excellence, project delivery, client relationships and team leadership across hospitality, F&B, retail, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in architecture, 7+ years in senior leadership, a strong business mindset, and a track record of strategic growth, P&L management, and BIM workflows; GCC experience is

Qualifications

Leadership experience at large architecture/design firms or multidisciplinary design departments.
Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
Contract negotiations and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall operations, strategic direction and business performance of the Architecture and Design division.
Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy and expand the client portfolio.
Oversee planning, design, coordination and delivery of multiple architectural and interior design projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client standards.
