Executive Assistant

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Provides general coordination and administration support such as minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, stationery and equipment for the department.
  • Acts as a focal point for cross‑functional queries such as finance and invoicing, procurement, IT and Real Estate.
  • Manages events coordination and booking for internal and external functional events.
  • Coordinates reports, briefing papers and presentations.
  • Maintains documents and databases.
  • Provides administrative and general support to project teams and to corporate managers when required.
Working Relationships

Internal: P&O LT, wider P&O team, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, RES. External: Vendors and visitors.

Knowledge, skills and experience
  • Significant previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines, prioritizing in a demanding environment.
