Job summary

Qureos in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Principal Architect / General Manager to lead operations, project delivery, design excellence, and business growth of its architecture, design, multimedia and signage practice.

The successful candidate will combine deep architectural leadership with commercial acumen to expand external client work across the Saudi market, oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure project profitability, and maintain high quality standards across F&B, retail, hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of professional architectural experience with leadership.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior management role.
• Extensive experience in F&B, restaurant, café, retail, hospitality, and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, strategy, and overall business performance.
• Oversee architecture, interior design, fit-out, and signage projects.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects on time and budget.
• Develop external client portfolio and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers and designers.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations and standards.
• Drive pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
