Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators is preferred but not required.
• Must read and interpret project plans, including grade stakes or site layouts.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator safely and efficiently per site policies.
• Perform pre-operation checks on equipment and report issues.
