You will set tables, polish glassware and cutlery, and serve food and beverages with poise throughout the reception. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, working English; Arabic is an advantage. The event is on-site for a single day, with a sponsor NOC and health card required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress or banquet server.
• Table setting to standard, including cutlery, glassware, crockery, and napkins.
• Polishing glassware and cutlery to a spotless finish.
• Confident tray service and safe handling of loaded trays.
• Food and beverage service sequence and etiquette.
• Canapé and beverage circulation during reception-style service.
• Discreet clearing and ongoing table maintenance.
• Handling dietary requirements and allergen questions.
• Guest handling, cultural etiquette, and confidentiality.
• Attentiveness and composure under pressure.
• Working English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities
