Job summary

Our client, a prominent manufacturing group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Group Security Manager with a strong Saudi law enforcement background to oversee total physical security, manage site guard forces, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Reporting to the Shared Services Director, you will lead security strategy, liaise with police and Civil Defense, and coordinate emergency response plans across plants, warehouses, and offices to maintain a safe industrial

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Police Academy or Police Department.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive security and leadership experience.
• Proven capability managing large-scale guard forces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete guard force across all plants, warehouses and offices; establish protocols, access standards, shift rotations; conduct vulnerability audits.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, perimeter security; ensure policy adherence by all staff and contractors.
• Liaise with Saudi police, Civil Defense and government security authorities; act as primary representative for emergency response.
• Design and execute emergency response plans, evacuation protocols, and investigations into incidents.

Our client is a prominent large-scale Manufacturing Group operating multiple facilities warehouses and administrative sites in Jeddah Saudi Arabia Focused on safeguarding corporate assets industrial facilities and workforce safety the group is seeking an experienced Group Security Manager with a strong Saudi law enforcement background to oversee total physical security manage site guard forces handle crisis response and maintain strict compliance with local security regulations while reporting directly to the Shared Services Director

Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy amp Guard Force Management Direct lead and manage the complete guard force across all manufacturing plants warehouses and offices establish operational protocols access standards shift rotations and conduct regular security vulnerability audits Government Liaison amp Emergency Response Act as the primary representative to Saudi Arabian police Civil Defense and government security authorities design and execute emergency response plans evacuation protocols and manage incident investigations Access Control amp Facility Safety Oversee physical access management CCTV surveillance perimeter controls and security tech ensure all employees contractors and logistics drivers adhere strictly to facility security policies Cross-Departmental Collaboration Partner with Shared Services and HR leadership to enforce corporate security frameworks and maintain a safe secured industrial working environment

Background

Graduate of a Police Academy / Police Department with proven prior service within a police or law enforcement environment in Saudi Arabia

Experience

Minimum 15 years of progressive security and leadership experience, with proven capability managing large-scale physical security operations and guard forces

Specific Skills

Police/law enforcement expertise in KSA, crisis response, facility protection across industrial sites, and guard force administration

Languages

Native-level command of Arabic is required; functional English communication skills

Location/Mobility

Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Sourcing strictly from inside KSA with valid transferable work authorization)
