Allegis Group partners with leading automotive, battery and technology organisations to launch a brand-new electric powertrain manufacturing facility in the Middle East. You will oversee installation, commissioning and qualification for high-volume assembly of e-motors, inverters and e-drive modules.

Based north of Jeddah, this contract role runs through 2027 (view to extend) with visa support provided. You will manage the full lifecycle from Start of Production to ramp-up, ensuring process

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree (MSc or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, manufacturing, materials or industrial engineering.
• 5–10 years minimum in process engineering in high-volume automotive powertrain or components.
• Hands-on production floor experience; ownership of a process at rate.
• Knowledge of automotive quality methods: PFMEA, control plans, 8D, root cause analysis, APQP and PPAP.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the complete lifecycle of a new production line from equipment installation and commissioning.
• Drive process qualification, run-at-rate, PPAP, Start of Production and ramp-up to full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and internal functions to ensure process capability and quality gates.
