Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Safety Advisor to join the Loss Prevention organization in Saudi Arabia. The role provides daily safety support to facilities, ensures compliance with the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System, and delivers field inspections and risk-based activities across multiple sites.

You will conduct PHAs/HAZOPs, incident investigations, support contractor safety management, respond to emergencies, and mentor LP personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of oil and gas/related experience, or 15 years without a degree.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System and related safety processes.
• Conduct field inspections to assess compliance with company and international codes and standards.
• Identify safety risks and develop practical corrective actions.
• Participate in risk assessments such as PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, and incident investigations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide technical assistance.
• Support worksite contractor safety management and prequalification activities.
• Assist in incident reporting, classification, investigations, and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver Loss Prevention training to employees, contractors, and others.
• Mentor LP personnel.
