Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ERP Systems Expert: 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Senior ERP Systems Specialist: 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• ERP Systems Specialist: 1–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ERP operations, maintenance, updates, and system integration.
• Manage data and maintain databases accurately and systematically.
• Prepare periodic ERP reports and provide analysis-based recommendations.
• Recommend enhancements to meet organizational needs and align with best practices.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system deployment and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver ERP training programs for employees.
• Ensure systems comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Review processes for regulatory updates and compliance.
