Oak Tree Software Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role demands governance, stakeholder coordination, and strong vendor management across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.

You will drive Go-Live readiness, manage RAID, and oversee SIT/UAT, change requests, and cutover activities while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

10+ years of ERP experience
5+ years of ERP implementation project management
Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects through Go-Live
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related modules (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
Strong Project Governance and RAID management experience
Experience managing Change Requests and SIT/UAT coordination
Experience with Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare
Strong Stakeholder and Vendor/Implementation Partner management
Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects from planning through Go-Live and Hypercare.
Establish and maintain project governance, plans, milestones, and delivery controls.
Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Coordinate SIT and UAT activities across business and technical teams.
Manage change requests, scope, timelines, and project dependencies.
Lead cutover planning, Go-Live activities, and post-Go-Live Hypercare.
Coordinate with Oracle implementation partners, vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
Drive issue resolution and prioritize critical risks or delivery concerns.

Work Mode: Full-Time Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects, with strong hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs through Go-Live. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder and vendor management skills, and experience coordinating implementation activities across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.
