Black Tie Consultancy is seeking an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant to implement Oracle Fusion PPM in Riyadh. You will run workshops, configure the solution, support testing and cutover, and guide the client through go-live, working closely with finance and technical teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Oracle PPM experience, familiarity with Project Costing, Billing and Contracts, and experience delivering end-to-end implementations. English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Based in Riyadh.

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading technology and consulting organisation to identify an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant in Riyadh. This is a role for someone with solid Oracle Project Portfolio Management experience who can work with clients and project teams from requirements through to go-live.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support Oracle Fusion PPM implementations on the functional side: running workshops, configuring the solution, supporting testing and cutover, and helping the client through go-live. You’ll work closely with finance and technical teams and be a reliable point of contact for the client.

What we’re looking for:

Hands‑on experience as an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant, ideally on Oracle Fusion Cloud

Experience with PPM modules such as Project Costing, Billing and Contracts

Involvement in end‑to‑end implementations, from requirements to go-live

Understanding of how PPM integrates with Financials and Procurement

Experience with fit‑gap analysis, testing and data migration

Preferably, experience on projects for engineering or project‑based clients

Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus

Willingness to work from Riyadh
