JAL International Co. Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a senior professional to implement and continuously operate the Operational Risk Management Framework across the organization.

You will facilitate RCSA workshops, maintain the enterprise Risk Register, and challenge risk assessments to embed proactive risk management. The candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Operational Risk, ERM, internal controls, internal audit or governance, with strong skills in KRIs, board reporting, and COSO/ISO

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit or Governance.
• Experience facilitating RCSA workshops.
• Experience designing and monitoring KRIs.
• Experience preparing Board and Committee risk reporting.
• Experience applying ISO 31000 or COSO ERM frameworks.
• Financial services, sovereign funds, private equity or development finance experience preferred.
