We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‑starter join Customer Service Human Resources team as Sr. ER Specialist supporting our Customer Service (CS) Centers in China and Japan. The ideal candidate for this position has effective communication and interpersonal skills that enable them to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and projects.

The position reports to Japan Country HR Manager for Amazon Customer Service and is located in Tokyo, Japan.
