CDHORIZON Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Hire Desk / Sales Coordinator to join our equipment rental team. You will manage customer enquiries, quotes, hires, fleet coordination, deliveries, and after-sales support.

In this fast-paced role, you will build strong relationships with B2B customers, coordinate pre-delivery inspections, and ensure accurate hire administration and compliance across our fleet and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in equipment rental, plant hire, or similar industry.
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Handle equipment rental enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed hires and identify extension opportunities.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, and fleet availability.
• Maintain hire records, invoices, and related paperwork with accuracy.
