Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy seeks an experienced Equipment Management - SMD/Main professional to support manufacturing excellence in Jeddah. You will ensure IQC/OQC, calibration, testing, and production readiness while coordinating with production, quality, engineering, and factory teams.

With 4+ years in electronics manufacturing and hands-on SMD/Main equipment management, you will lead model preparation, BOM checks, jigs, and test programs, and drive continuous improvement across processes and records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on SMD/Main equipment management experience.
• Engineering degree or technical background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IQC, OQC, RMA, calibration and testing.
• Experience with BOMs, jigs and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with test programs, work instructions and production analysis.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IQC requirements, limit samples, cosmetic specifications, and material approvals.
• Handle equipment requirements related to IQC, OQC, repair, and production.
• Manage SVC manuals, OQC processes, hardware calibration, and testing equipment.
• Establish and manage RMA and EOL processes.
• Lead new model preparation, including BOM verification, labels, functional testing, layouts, and jig inspection.
• Manage equipment calibration cycles and analyze Production Tact Time and LOB performance.
• Register new models in KDMES and maintain relevant production records.
• Procure and manage jigs, MRO items, work instructions, and test programs.
• Support software version updates and equipment-related R&D requirements.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, engineering, and factory teams.

• Manage SVC manuals, OQC processes, hardware calibration, and testing equipment.

• Experience with test programs, work instructions, and production analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
