Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Security Managed Services Engineer (L1) in Riyadh to maintain client firewall infrastructures and ensure SLA commitments are met. You will provide front-line support across telephonic, chat and ticket channels, investigate incidents, and help optimize workflows through proactive maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or Level 1 Network Security certification is good to have.
• Certifications carry additional weight for the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client firewall infrastructures and ensure SLAs are met.
• Provide frontline ITSM support via phone, chat or tickets.
• Identify incidents and resolve with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Schedule maintenance windows for patching and configuration changes.
• Update knowledge articles and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with disaster recovery tests and related activities.
