Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate logistics records: costs, shipment volumes, weights, containers, delays, and data.
• Follow up on import data organization and submission with compliance.
• Support development and finalization of operational dashboards.
• Process and follow up on customs broker invoices and payment status.
• Assist with licensing matters, including follow-ups and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.
