Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Solution Consultant to design and implement software solutions for customers in healthcare and enterprise imaging. You will gather requirements, design solutions, document specifications, demonstrate capabilities, and help deploy configurations with guidance from senior team members.

You will also create training materials, support migrations to production, and coordinate with project managers to manage scope, timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Knowledge of scripting, system architecture or relational databases.
• Experience within Healthcare industry and Enterprise Imaging solutions.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong communication style appropriate to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis with client stakeholders.
• Design solutions applying best practices with guidance.
• Create documentation outlining requirements for the solution.
• Demonstrate the configured solution or prototypes.
• Configure applications and build the solution.
• Test the solution and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop training materials and conduct customer sessions.
• Plan migration to production and support during transition.
• Coordinate with technical support and upgrade plans.
