Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Senior Enterprise Consultant to lead architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructures. You will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available solutions with minimal business disruption.

You will work with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business goals and Microsoft best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures across multi‑datacenter setups.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD FS, Exchange Server, and modern identity/authentication tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Design, implement, migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure solutions including Microsoft 365.
• Architect high‑availability, DR, and business continuity strategies.
• Provide technical leadership on identity, messaging, authentication, and security tech.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and vendors for successful delivery.
• Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management.
• Develop PowerShell automation and maintain migration/runbooks and docs.
