Job summary

Avensys invites an experienced AI Architecture and Roadmap Lead to drive the AI Factory target-state, GPU platforms, and MLOps strategy in Riyadh. You will shape capacity planning, workload placement, governance, and security across platforms, partnering with MOJ stakeholders and Dell specialists.

The role emphasizes roadmap management, risk control, and service management with a strong focus on use-case prioritization, RACI, and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Define AI Factory target-state architecture across infrastructure, clusters, MLOps/LLMOps, observability and security
• Manage capacity planning, workload placement, and performance
• Lead architecture reviews, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Establish operating model, RACI, governance forums and escalation paths
• Maintain the rollout plan (6–12 month roadmap) and align with MOJ and Dell stakeholders

Job Summary:

AI Architecture and Roadmap Lead Resident

• AI Factory and target-state architecture
• Capacity planning and workload-placement strategy
• AI governance, security, service management, and operating models
• Use-case prioritization and stakeholder management
• RACI, decision rights, escalation, and governance forums
• Architecture reviews, risk management, and dependency tracking

Professional-services backlog planning and roadmap management

• Maintain the 30/60/90-day mobilization plan and extend it into a prioritized 6–12-month platform roadmap.
• Define the target-state AI Factory architecture across infrastructure, cluster management, platform services, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, security, governance, resilience, and service management.
• Map approved and candidate use cases to H200 inference, H200 fine-tuning, and L40S RAG capacity pools.
• Define the AI platform service catalog, including service descriptions, standard configurations, request paths, support boundaries, ownership, and operating expectations.
• Establish the integrated operating model, RACI, governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and service-management touchpoints.
• Lead architecture reviews for capacity, performance, security, supported versions, lifecycle, resilience, data controls, and future expansion.
• Use platform health, GPU utilization, queue behavior, incident trends, capacity data, and use-case demand to refine priorities.
• Identify and sequence professional-services credit work packages for observability, security integration, lifecycle automation, backup and recovery, Run:ai optimization, MLOps/LLMOps, and use-case onboarding.
• Facilitate roadmap reviews and decision workshops with MOJ stakeholders and Dell specialists.

Maintain architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, backlog priorities, and transition criteria.
