Avensys Consulting in Riyadh, KSA seeks an AI Platform Engineer with deep MLOps expertise to lead end-to-end model deployment, governance, and production readiness.

You will implement NIM, Triton, NeMo, RAPIDS strategies, CI/CD and GitOps processes, and establish reusable deployment patterns across GPU pools while coaching teams toward reliable, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI platform engineering and MLOps.
• Strong experience with NIM, Triton, NeMo, and RAPIDS and GPU placement.
• Experience with CI/CD or GitOps and environment promotion.
• Model registries, version traceability, and governance workflows.
• Model evaluation, monitoring, rollback, and retirement processes.
• RAG, embeddings, vector indexes, document processing, and retrieval evaluation.
• Endpoint observability, security controls, and service-level measures.
• AI developer enablement and production-readiness coaching.
• Define reusable deployment patterns across H100/H200 and L40S pools.
• Templates for model packaging, endpoint configuration, and resource requests.

• Define reusable NIM and Triton deployment patterns across the H200 and L40S pools.
• Establish templates for model packaging, endpoint configuration, resource requests, GPU placement, health checks, logging, metrics, security controls, and rollback.
• Support controlled model customization and fine-tuning workflows using NeMo on dedicated H200 capacity.
• Use RAPIDS where appropriate for GPU-accelerated data preparation, embeddings, document processing, and related pipeline stages.
• Define the governed model lifecycle: experiment, register, evaluate, approve, deploy, monitor, rollback, and retire.
• Establish evaluation gates for quality, grounded-answer rate, latency, concurrency, availability, safety, and operational readiness.
• Define CI/CD or GitOps patterns for repeatable promotion between development, validation, and production environments, subject to MOJ standards.
• Create RAG and document-intelligence onboarding patterns covering data approval, ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector indexes, access control, and rollback.
