Job summary

Master Works is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to bridge business requirements with AI capabilities. The role focuses on identifying high-impact AI use cases and driving technical implementation across Azure AI and Copilot Studio.

You will architect secure, scalable solutions, integrate cloud AI with on-prem data assets, and define guardrails and RBAC for responsible AI across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT architecture or technical consulting experience.
• At least 2 years dedicated to generative AI, NLP, and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to discover, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise AI use cases tied to clear business outcomes.
• Design and implement end-to-end conversational and autonomous AI agents using Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, and Copilot Studio.
• Configure Azure AI model inference, orchestrating appropriate models within cost and performance boundaries.
• Manage Azure subscription resources, implementing cost governance and capacity planning.
• Build enterprise system integrations utilizing Power Platform connectors.
• Architect and secure hybrid connectivity between cloud AI services and local data sources.
