Job summary

Master Works is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. The role covers pipeline creation, data processing, model training, and production deployment.

You will work with TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn, implement MLOps practices, and guide team members in AI principles while ensuring privacy and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AI tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML, DL, and big data analytics.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and software engineering practices.
• Experience with MLOps, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Experience with large language models or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for business problems.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines from data to deployment.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems to improve efficiency.
• Guide and train team members in AI concepts and tools.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production.
• Track and evaluate AI model performance for continuous improvement.
