Job summary

Master Works is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to bridge enterprise requirements with modern AI capabilities. You will identify, qualify, and architect high-impact AI use cases and drive implementation across business units using Azure AI, Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform connectors.

You will design secure, scalable architectures linking cloud AI models with on-premises data assets and establish guardrails, RBAC, and governance across the automation stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture or technical consulting, with at least 2 years in generative AI, NLP, and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Copilot Studio.
• Deep knowledge of Azure resource management, subscription billing models, and hybrid networking patterns.
• Strong proficiency in API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth2) and Power Platform administration.
• Microsoft Certifications (AI-102, PL-600, AZ-305) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to discover, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise AI use cases tied to clear business outcomes.
• Design and implement end-to-end conversational and autonomous AI agents using Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, and Copilot Studio.
• Configure Azure model inference, orchestrating frontier LLMs, SLMs, and domain-specific models within cost/performance bounds.
• Manage Azure subscription resources, implementing cost governance and capacity planning.
• Build enterprise system integrations utilizing Power Platform connectors.
• Architect and secure hybrid connectivity between cloud AI services and on-prem data sources.
• Define responsible AI guardrails, content filtering, prompt engineering standards, and RBAC.
