The ideal candidate

• Minimum 10 years proven experience in establishing and launching new schools, with full involvement in setup and opening
• Holds at least a Bachelor s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or Educational Administration
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and leadership teams
• Deep knowledge of international curricula in early childhood and primary education, plus expertise in team building, recruitment, and policy development
