Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an Engineering & Operations Manager for a client in Dammam. The role will lead engineering, project execution, and operational delivery across industrial services projects.

The candidate should have a strong background in maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, EPC or service contracts, resource optimization, cost control, client coordination, HSE, quality, and team leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
15 years of engineering and operations experience.
7–10 years in senior operations or engineering management.
Strong background in industrial services, oil & gas, maintenance, shutdowns, or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

Overseeing engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
Leading site operations, maintenance activities, and shutdown execution across multiple projects.
Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Monitoring productivity, manpower efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
Coordinating with planning, cost control, finance, clients, consultants, and vendors.
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, ISO systems, quality objectives, and inspection requirements.
Acting as a primary operational interface with clients and key stakeholders.
