Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Engineering Launch Manager to lead Plant Vehicle Engineering for Interior, Exterior, Seating, and Restraint systems during vehicle launch and ramp-up. This hands‑on leader will coordinate Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Program Management to deliver safe, high‑quality vehicles and rapid issue resolution.

• 8+ years of automotive engineering experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in vehicle launch, ramp-up, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plant Vehicle Engineering for interior, exterior, seating and restraints.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Suppliers.
• Own ICA/PCA execution and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Develop team capabilities and establish escalation paths.
