Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role at a luxury 5-star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
• English proficiency; able to work independently in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure hotel facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and report issues to the supervisor.
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, organized condition.
• Apply new skills and best practices to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
