Job summary

Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Electrical Lead Technician to oversee the Electrical Engineering team, supervise daily operations, and lead preventive and corrective maintenance of critical hotel systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hotel or large facilities, strong MV/LV switchgear and distribution knowledge, and excellent English; offers a competitive SAR salary, F&B benefits, discounted rates, and healthcare.

Qualifications

3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience in luxury hotel or large commercial facility.
Experience leading a team of technicians in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, MDBs/SMDBs, and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Electrical Engineering team during daily operations and maintenance.
Perform and oversee preventive/corrective maintenance and emergency response.
Coordinate with contracted specialists for testing, inspection, and commissioning of equipment.
Inspect hotel electrical panels and distribution systems across all areas.
Prepare and monitor readings and report significant variations in consumption or load.
