Job summary

Ma’aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking an Engineer Facility Management to deliver FM capital projects across facilities. You will drive project execution from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of FM initiatives.

The role requires a civil/MEP/facilities engineering background with at least 5 years of FM project delivery experience, strong coordination skills, and adherence to HSE and building codes.

Qualifications

• FM project delivery experience in renovation, fit-out or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage risk, schedule and quality across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and handover records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM capital projects to scope, budget, schedule and HSE standards.
• Approve practical, maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions and validate submissions.
• Control budgets, variations, and contractor performance; ensure regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Architectural or Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant FM project delivery, engineering coordination or construction supervision experience. Experience in renovation, fit-out, infrastructure, maintenance or service-improvement projects.
