Quest Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to own the end-to-end OTC process from order confirmation to delivery and installation in Riyadh. You will lead a logistics team, manage 3PL partners, and ensure service levels, cost control, and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7+ years in Order Fulfillment, Logistics or similar functions.
• Proven end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics experience.
• Strong warehousing, transport, delivery and installation knowledge.
• Experience managing 3PLs and external partners.
• Solid financial acumen for logistics cost control.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English is essential.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring seamless execution from order confirmation through to final delivery and installation. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs), optimizing logistics performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and supporting sales forecasting and operational planning. This position requires a hands-on leader who can drive process improvements, build high-performing teams, and collaborate effectively across commercial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and performance standards.
• Monitor and drive logistics KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational performance targets.
• Partner with sales teams to minimize backlog, reduce order slippage, and support business objectives.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy and compliance with local fiscal regulations and revenue recognition policies.
• Support the development of accurate sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Ensure high standards of data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across order processing and portfolio management activities.
• Drive effective issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives across customer fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Promote governance, compliance, and best practices throughout the Order-to-Cash process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a similar function.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, delivery operations, installation processes, and international import procedures.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party logistics providers and external service partners.
• Strong financial acumen with experience controlling logistics costs and operational budgets.
• Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and WMS platforms.
