Job summary

Amazon MENA is seeking an experienced Program Manager II to own end-to-end FBA inbound operations for KSA. This role is the single-threaded owner of inbound speed and operational excellence across multiple Fulfillment Centers and a large seller ecosystem.

The PM will drive strategy, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders in supply chain, fulfillment, technology, and business teams to deliver program-level goals, even during peak events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full FBA inbound lifecycle for KSA, single-threaded owner for inbound speed and operational excellence programs.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and capacity plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead end-to-end peak event planning and execution with capacity modeling and contingency strategies.
• Influence senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams without direct authority.
• Lead process improvement and change management initiatives including new site launch readiness and throughput improvements.
• Set metrics and scalable processes to shift from reactive to predictive management.
