• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional initiatives, including scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and schedule.
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to align priorities and drive timely decisions.
• Define KPIs, build reporting, and use data to evaluate program health and improvements.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Communicate program status and outcomes clearly to teams and leadership.
