Surbsana Jurong is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to take full ownership of the bid lifecycle from invitation to tender through to proposal submission and post-bid activities. You will coordinate technical and commercial inputs, lead governance processes, and drive the development of competitive financial and technical proposals.

You will work with internal aviation sector teams, engage external consultants, and ensure timely, compliant submissions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience leading the bid lifecycle from ITT/RFP to submission and post-bid activities.
• Ability to review RFP requirements, deliverables, evaluation criteria and submission instructions.
• Develop and maintain bid preparation programmes with milestones and review gates.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Create templates, compliance matrices, and submission checklists.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end bid lifecycle and governance within SJ Group policies.
• Coordinate governance documentation and approvals before proposal submission.
• Lead development of financial and technical proposals with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate external subconsultants, NDAs, and proposal timelines.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across technical, commercial, and contractual sections.
• Maintain proposal records and post-submission activities and lessons learned.
