Career Nest Academy in Al Khobar is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management. You will act as a technical anchor and emerging leader, overseeing preparation, maintaining standards, and stepping in to run the line when needed.

The role requires 3–4 years of kitchen experience, including 1–2 years at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level in fine dining or upscale settings, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a kitchen with at least 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Strong technical culinary skills and leadership potential.
• English fluency mandatory; French or Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality across all sections.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade; step in to command the line during busy services.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols; maintain clean, compliant stations at all times.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen flow to adapt to service demands.
