Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare seeks an Emergency Nurse 3 to provide advanced nursing care in the emergency unit and support high standards of patient care. You will mentor junior nurses, uphold clinical protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care delivery.

The role requires a 3-year nursing degree, 4+ years nursing experience (2 in emergency), and current RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS; English proficiency is essential, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience including 2 years in Emergency Care or related field.
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse with BLS/ACLS/PALS.
• English proficiency; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned unit's nursing practices.
• Participate in development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Pursue high staff engagement.
• Achieve and sustain high quality of care and patient safety.
• Support empowerment of nurses through enculturation of JHAH Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care services focusing on complex cases.
• Assist in managing workflow ensuring proper resource utilization and mentoring junior nurses.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participate in evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Maintain activities for level 3 as per Clinical Advancement Program requirements.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care from admission through discharge.
• Provide patient and family education aligned with the care plan, respecting privacy and culture.
• Precept new hires and trainees; participate in progress and training recommendations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies using clinical skills and evidence-based practices.
• Perform wide range of nursing procedures in Emergency facility with emphasis on safety and comfort.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and lifesaving situations by utilizing clinical skills critical thinking and evidencebased practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
