Job summary

El Seif Operation and Maintenance in Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled Low Current / ELV Technician to install, test, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, intercom, PA/BGM, SMATV/IPTV.

You will read drawings, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, with a hands-on role across building facilities and O&M environments.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical/ELV or related discipline.
• Experience in building facilities, O&M, facility management or ELV projects.
• Willingness to perform hands-on ELV installation, maintenance and testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair ELV/low-current systems in buildings.
• Install CCTV cameras, recording systems and related equipment.
• Install and test Access Control systems (readers, controllers, locks).
• Perform basic Fire Alarm device testing and maintenance.
• Maintain structured cabling, data/voice, patch panels and cabinets.
• Maintain PA/BGM, Intercom, SMATV/IPTV systems and related equipment.
• Trace, diagnose and fix faults; test cables; read ELV drawings.
